With 33 years of experience in computer and networking hardware and software, Bill brings a strong background in technology and problem-solving to his role on the Little Thompson Water District’s Board of Directors. In addition to his service with LTWD, he is also a member of the Loveland Utility Commission Board. His past leadership experience includes serving on the Carter Lake Filter Plant Board of Directors and the South Platte Basin Roundtable.
A Colorado resident since 1970, Bill has called Loveland home since 1988. He enjoys spending time with his wife, three children, and five grandchildren.
Personal goals for the District:
- Ensure safe, high-quality water is available 24/7, year-round.
- Responsibly manage tap holders’ money with financial transparency and accountability.
- Support policies that promote a safe, equitable, and positive workplace for LTWD employees.
- Treat past, present, and future tap holders, employees, and partners with fairness and respect.
- Invest in the people, technology, and infrastructure necessary to secure reliable water delivery for the future.
