Little Thompson Water District is governed by a seven-member Board of Directors, elected by our customers in seven designated Wards to ensure strong, transparent leadership and responsible water management.

Committed to serving the needs of our diverse and growing community, the Board oversees the district’s policies, finances and long-term planning, ensuring that every decision supports the delivery of safe, reliable and good-tasting water at a fair price. Day-to-day operations are managed by the District Manager, who works closely with the Board to uphold our high service standards, sustainability and customer care. Together, they help shape the future of our water system, balancing tradition with innovation to meet the needs of today and tomorrow.
