Stay in Your Allotment with EyeOnWater

Gain more insight into your water use with a free EyeOnWater account. EyeOnWater is a FREE website and mobile application that gives Little Thompson Water District customers visibility into how much water they use. The site provides a dashboard organized in modules or sections. These sections allow you to quickly see how much water you’re using, whether you have a potential leak and more.

LTWD customers who want to avoid exceeding their annual allotment or learn more about how they use water to reduce their usage can create a free account.

Who Can Use EyeOnWater?

In 2021, Little Thompson Water District upgraded the water meters throughout the district with the latest smart meter technology. Most of the accounts in the district now have a smart meter, but not all. Check for a blue plastic lid on your meter pit (see example to the left) to determine if you have a smart meter. If you are unsure if you have a new smart meter, attempt to sign up for an EyeOnWater account. If a smart meter is installed at your property, the website will allow a username and password to be set up to access the account.

Please note that this technology is not available to all accounts within the district. Some areas do not have the proper cell signals for the meters to transmit data. Areas shaded in purple on the below map currently do not have EyeOnWater service.
